Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students
- Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their targets
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities
- Work closely with the Maths department to develop innovative teaching resources
- Contribute to the wider school community, including extra-curricular activities and initiatives
- Maintain high expectations for student behaviour and performance

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A degree in Maths or a closely related subject
- Experience teaching Maths at secondary school level, ideally with a proven track record of student progress
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passionate about teaching and committed to inspiring young people
- A current enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
