The Role
The school is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Maths Teacher to join its committed team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about mathematics and dedicated to inspiring students to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Support students in developing problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and resilience.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the school’s maths curriculum.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and academic achievement.

What the School is Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
  • Experience or enthusiasm for teaching maths in a secondary school setting.
  • A commitment to high expectations for all students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
  • Alignment with the school’s values and ethos.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
