Job description

  1. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Maths specialist to provide one-to-one and small group tuition for KS3 students in Nottinghamshire. The successful candidate will work outside the classroom, delivering tailored support to help students develop their confidence and skills in mathematics.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and deliver creative and engaging Maths lessons to meet individual student needs.
    • Help students overcome challenges in Maths and improve their understanding, progress, and confidence.

    Requirements:

    • A proven track record of being a strong classroom practitioner, delivering excellent outcomes.
    • Outstanding organisational skills and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
    • The ability to inspire and motivate students, making Maths accessible and enjoyable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
