Maths Teacher

Teaching Personnel's PWR Team are working with an outstanding school in Essex who are seeking a highly motivated Maths Teacher to join their team. ASAP start date.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4 and 5.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Maths curriculum, ensuring it aligns with national standards and fosters a love of mathematics.
• Maintain high standards of teaching and learning, encouraging students to develop strong mathematical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can reach their full potential.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong academic background in Mathematics.
• Proven experience of successful teaching and learning in a secondary school setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum for Mathematics.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to professional development and a passion for innovative teaching methods.
• An ability to inspire students to become confident and successful mathematicians.
