Job Role: Maths Teacher

Location: Bartley Green, Birmingham

Pay Rate: Pay to scale

 

Do you hold a UK QTS?

Are you looking for a new teaching role in the new acadmic year?

 

Then look no further, Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a number of qualified Maths teachers to start at ofsted rated 'good' schools around Birmingham in September 2024!!

The ideal candidate will be availble to work full time and ideally be willing to travel up to 15 miles within Birmingham. Experience teaching in the UK is essential, and you MUST hold a UK QTS. 

NQT's are encouraged to apply for this position!

 

Qualifications needed:

- UK QTS / PGCE

- BA Honours degree in Mathematics

- Minimum of 5 GCSE'S

 

Expectations:

- Work alongside the head of department to create an enjoyable and safe working enviroment for the students 

-  You must be available to interview in person at the school

- Good classroom and workload management is necessary – which will be assessed via your references

- Experience of planning, teaching and assessing the full UK Humanities Curriculum up to GCSE level is necessary

- Commitment to raising standards of learning, attitude and attainment

- High level of self-motivation and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
