Full-Time Maths Intervention Teacher Opportunity

Are you passionate about helping students achieve their full potential in Mathematics? We are looking for a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Burnley.

This full-time role focuses on delivering targeted intervention support to students across various key stages, helping them build confidence and improve their Mathematical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored intervention sessions to students requiring additional support in Maths.
  • Work closely with the Maths department to identify students' learning needs and track their progress.
  • Develop engaging, differentiated lesson plans that boost students' understanding and performance.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student success and resilience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in teaching Maths.
  • Experience in delivering intervention or targeted support is an advantage.
  • A passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their best.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
