Maths Teacher Training Opportunity for Graduates

The Role

As a Maths Graduate, the successful candidate will work closely with the Maths department, supporting students and gaining valuable insights into classroom dynamics. This position serves as an ideal stepping stone towards a career in teaching, providing exposure to lesson planning, classroom management, and curriculum delivery in Maths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Maths department with lesson delivery, preparation, and resource creation.
  • Support students in one-on-one or small group settings to help them overcome challenges in Maths.
  • Develop a solid understanding of effective teaching practices and classroom management techniques.
  • Collaborate with experienced teachers, benefiting from mentorship and guidance to prepare for teacher training.

Ideal Candidate

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
