Job description

Maths Teacher – Secondary Education
Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Availability: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Hours: 08:30 - 15:30
Pay: Starting at £160 per day, with potential for increase

Are you a passionate Maths Teacher ready to inspire students and support their academic journey? We are looking for a dedicated Maths Teacher to support secondary students in Grantham, teaching up to KS5 and A-Level Maths. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on students preparing for higher education and careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive Maths lessons up to A-Level in line with the curriculum
  • Foster a positive learning environment to help students build confidence in their abilities
  • Collaborate with school staff on curriculum planning and student progress assessments

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required
  • Confidence in teaching KS3 through to A-Level Maths
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
