Job Role:

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and positive dining and play environment for students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising pupils in the dining hall and outdoor play areas during lunchtime.
• Encouraging good table manners and positive social interactions.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of students throughout the lunch period.
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies and promoting a friendly atmosphere.
• Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
• Reporting any concerns to senior staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
• A caring, patient, and approachable nature.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils.
• An understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures (training will be provided).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
