Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: NG2, Nottingham
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
About the Role:
We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in NG2, Nottingham. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive in the classroom and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the class teacher to support pupils' learning and development.

Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to help children reach their full potential.

Assist with SEN support, implementing strategies tailored to individual needs.

Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
-
Track pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
-
Supervise and engage with children during break and lunch times.
-
Prepare classroom resources and contribute to lesson planning.
What We’re Looking For:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is essential.

Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
-
Experience working with SEN pupils would be an advantage.

A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
