Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Newcastle
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time
Are you a friendly and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in Newcastle? Teaching Personnel is looking for someone like you to support students in a welcoming and inclusive school environment.
What You'll Be Doing:

Help teachers deliver engaging lessons.

Support students one-on-one or in small groups to boost their learning.
-
Assist in maintaining positive classroom behavior.
-
Work closely with teachers and SENCO to tailor learning approaches.
-
Provide extra help to students with special educational needs (SEN).
-
Help prepare classroom materials.
-
Create a safe and inclusive space for all students.
What We're Looking For:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

Previous school experience, ideally in primary or secondary settings.
-
A passion for helping children learn and grow.
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-
A DBS check on the update service (or willingness to get one).
