About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom teaching and provide focused intervention for small groups and individual pupils. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Providing targeted support to pupils with varying needs.
• Leading small group sessions to help boost literacy and numeracy skills.
• Supporting classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Building strong relationships with pupils to inspire confidence and engagement.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated professional who thrives in a primary school setting. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a primary school environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A proactive and supportive approach to children’s learning and well-being.
• The ability to adapt to the needs of individual learners and provide inclusive support.
