Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Newcastle

We’re looking for a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly school in Newcastle. This role involves supporting teachers in the classroom, helping individual students or small groups with their learning, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
• Provide support to students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
• Work closely with students who have SEN or additional needs.
• Promote good behaviour and help maintain a positive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a school setting is an advantage.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
• Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
