About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work in a school setting while gaining a nationally recognized Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
Location: A welcoming school in the Penzance area.
Hours: Full-time (term time only).
Start Date: Immediate start or as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will:
Support classroom activities under the guidance of a teacher.
Assist with small group or one-to-one learning interventions.
Encourage pupils’ development, confidence, and engagement in learning.
Help create a positive and safe learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
