LEVEL 3  SEN  Teaching Assistant Required

We are in need of a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to join on of our SEN partner schools for a permanent /  full time role in the Cambridge area.

This schools specialises in providing education for children and young people from Early years through to Post -16 with complex mental and physical health needs.

Expectations of role:

v  Build and preserve supportive relations with both individual students and small groups to ensure they have good understanding and can achieve tasks.

v  Take responsibility for providing learning activities to both individuals and groups, modifying the teaching strategy in accordance with the agreement reached with the main teacher.

v  Students should be encouraged to participate in activities and communicate and collaborate with others.

v  Engage in collaborative work and seek out chances to collaborate with others, sharing the creation of successful practices with them.

v  To be in charge of advancing and protecting the well-being of the students and youth at the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
