Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive in a primary school environment? Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 Inclusion Worker to join our team and work with primary schools across Halifax.

About the Role:
As a Level 2 Inclusion Worker, you will:
• Work closely with teachers to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Early Years, KS1, or KS2.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to enhance pupils’ learning and development.
• Assist children in overcoming barriers to learning, with a focus on literacy, numeracy, and personal development.
• Help foster an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere where every child can thrive.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure pupils' individual needs are met.

About You:
• Previous experience working with children with SEN or in a classroom setting (preferred but not essential).
• A Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
• A passion for supporting children to reach their full potential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
