Location: Small Secondary School, Rural Outskirts of Andover
Hours: 37 hours per week, Term Time Only
Pay: £13.80 per hour

Are you passionate about supporting young people with Autism and associated additional needs? A small, high-achieving secondary school on the rural outskirts of Andover is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Role:

Supporting students with Autism and additional needs in a nurturing, structured environment.

Working closely with teachers and specialist staff to adapt learning for individual needs.

Helping students develop independent life skills, vocational qualifications, and even GCSEs.

Completing a two-week paid induction to ensure confidence in the role before being placed on the school timetable.

Who We Are Looking For:

Previous experience in education or care is highly desirable.

GCSEs in English and Maths are essential.

A driver – Due to the rural location, you must be able to drive.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
