We are recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in Surrey for a Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated SEND department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an inclusive and supportive environment, helping students overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

About the Role

• Provide in-class support to students with SEND and additional needs.
• Work closely with teachers and the SEND team to deliver targeted interventions.
• Build positive relationships with students to enhance their confidence and engagement in learning.
• Contribute to the wellbeing and progress of students by adapting support strategies to meet individual needs.

About You

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting.
• A passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive and proactive attitude towards inclusion and student success.
