Hours: 8.45am – 3.30pm | Monday to Friday

Age Range: 4 to 19 years

A respected and supportive special school in Sturminster Newton is looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team. The school provides a nurturing, personalised learning experience for students aged 4 to 19 with diverse needs, including autism (ASC), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), severe learning difficulties (SLD), and additional associated challenges.

The school offers a safe, structured, and caring environment where students are supported to grow academically, emotionally, and socially. Working as part of a compassionate team, you will provide vital support to students both in the classroom and during small group or one-to-one interventions. You will help ensure students have the tools they need to succeed, fostering a positive and inclusive environment that allows each child to flourish in their own way.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
