About the Role:

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will work closely with students who require additional support, helping them to access the curriculum, develop confidence, and thrive in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Providing one-to-one and small-group support to students with SEN
✅ Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
✅ Supporting students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning delays
✅ Encouraging independence and boosting self-esteem
✅ Working closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure each child’s needs are met

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential)
✔️ A patient, positive, and compassionate approach
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔️ The ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
✔️ A commitment to promoting inclusion and equal opportunities
