Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – SEN/SEMH Schools in Spilsby
Location: Spilsby and Surrounding Areas
Pay: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)
Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges? We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join schools in Spilsby and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
Role Highlights:
- Work with SEN and SEMH students to provide tailored support, ensuring they engage and progress in their learning.
- Support students in developing confidence, independence, and coping strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with classroom activities, group work, and individual sessions.

- Experience working with SEN/SEMH students or a strong desire to learn.
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to working with young people.
- Full-time availability during term time (Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30).
- Ability to adapt to various educational settings and individual needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
