This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and committed team under the guidance and support of the SENDCO and Assistant SENDCO. You will be working within a school that values inclusivity, ensuring that every student, regardless of their needs, receives the support and encouragement they require to succeed.

The Role:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your role will be crucial in ensuring students with additional needs receive the support they require to fully engage with their learning. Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a child (or children) diagnosed with additional needs, ensuring they can access learning effectively.
Nurturing the child’s social and emotional well-being, fostering a safe and positive school experience.
Supporting learning activities within the overall teaching plan to facilitate student engagement and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
