Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School in Newport. This role is ideal for those with previous experience working with children, whether in schools, sports coaching, babysitting, playschemes, or other child-focused roles. What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting Classroom Learning: Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, providing 1:1 and group support to pupils.
• Building Strong Relationships: Foster positive relationships with teachers, pupils, and parents to support the child’s development and learning.
• Ensuring Student Well-Being: Safeguard the health and safety of the students in your care, while providing a nurturing learning environment.
• Making a Difference: Your input will help enhance children’s access to education both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help students with learning activities, ensuring all pupils can access the curriculum.
• Collaborate closely with the teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
• Supervise and support group work, activities, and playtimes.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with students and their families.
• Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.

• Experience with Children: Whether in a school, sports, nursery, or other child-focused role, your experience counts!
• Strong Communication Skills: You’ll be working closely with teachers, children, and parents.
