Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Salary: £89.38 - £95 per day

About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping students with learning difficulties or disabilities reach their full potential. Working closely with teachers, you will:
✅ Provide one-on-one and group support to students.
✅ Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
✅ Help students engage with lessons and complete tasks.
✅ Support classroom behaviour management.
✅ Monitor and report on student progress.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Qualifications: GCSE English & Maths (essential).
✔ Experience: Prior experience in education or supporting students with learning difficulties is preferred.
✔ Skills:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Ability to take initiative and problem-solve.
-
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks.
-
Creative thinking to adapt learning strategies to individual needs.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Additional qualifications in Special Education or a related field.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
