The school caters for students with high-functioning autism, offering a supportive environment where students thrive academically, working towards GCSE level qualifications.
The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in helping students achieve their academic potential. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with students, and work well within a close-knit, sociable, and motivated team. Due to the school's recent expansion, we are excited to welcome new team members during this dynamic period of growth.
Key Details:
- Hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs: 8:30am - 4:30pm - Weds: 8:30am - 5:00pm - Fri: 8:30am - 4:00pm
- Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent, Permanent
- Salary: £21,020 - £22,000 per year (paid 52 weeks a year, including holidays)
- Location:Horsham
*Possessing a clean UK Driving Licence and own vehicle are highly advantageous for this role, due to the school being difficult to reach via public transport*

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
