Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with additional needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
• Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver interventions that support learning and personal development.
• Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with students to encourage engagement and confidence.
• Support students both in-class and during one-to-one or small group sessions.
• Monitor and report on student progress, working closely with the SENCO and other support staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role is essential.
• A strong and supportive personality, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to promoting inclusivity and safeguarding the welfare of students.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
