LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT ROLE

Do you have a passion to work in a school setting with children who have special educational needs?

Here at Teaching Personnel we are looking for aspiring educators to support a SEN school in Chelmsford in an incredibly rewarding role.

The role involves working with individuals from early years to young adulthood who have severe learning difficulties

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, JUST A PASSION TO WORK WITH CHILDREN!

The role will include:

• Working Monday to Friday 8:00am-3:30pm – no weekends!
• Work with individuals or small groups of children under the direction of
• teaching staff.
• Support the daily classroom activities with children who experience areas of challenges.
• Promote a safe and inviting learning environment
• Full-time option available!

The ideal candidate:

• Passionate to work with children and support their daily routine- NEEDED
• Experience working with SEN children is desirable but is not compulsory.
• Hold an applicable DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply)
• Able to problem solve and use own initiative- NEEDED

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
