Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant KS2 team in Rottingdean. This role is perfect for those seeking part-time work, with the opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to a child in KS2 on a 1:1 basis.
- Assist with academic tasks, ensuring the child’s full participation in classroom activities.
- Help the child develop their social, emotional, and communication skills.
- Support the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children (preferably in a 1:1 support role).
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
- A commitment to supporting children with diverse learning needs.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
