Are you a recent graduate ready to take the first step in your education career? We are looking for Graduate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join secondary schools in Basingstoke, starting after the October half term. This role offers you the chance to gain valuable experience while making a real difference to students’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Provide support to students of varying abilities, ensuring engagement and success
- Offer tailored academic and pastoral support to help students achieve their full potential
- Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment
- Work closely with teachers to provide targeted interventions and support the smooth running of lessons

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
