Learning Support Assistant
Teaching Personnel are working closley with a lovely primary school close to Yapton who are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the learning and development of pupils in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils with additional learning needs.
- Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and materials.
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Help to promote the social, emotional, and educational development of all students.
- Maintain positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) is desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
