L2 Teaching Assistant

Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary SEN School, Preston. 

Are you a passionate about suipporting children with SEN? Are you currently looking for a new role? Would you be excited to work through an agency to gain a variety of experience? Are you Level 2 or above qualified? 

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will play vital part in helping children with SEN thrive in their learning enviroment. 

Your duties will include, 

- Providing tailored support to pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis. 

- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and creating engaging resources. 

- Supporting the Social, Emotional and personal development of pupils. 

- Assisting with personal care or other needs where required. 

- Promoting an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere. 

What are we looking for?

- A Level 2 or above qualified Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent. 

- Experience working with children, ideally within a SEN Setting. 

- A patient, caring and adaptable nature to meet children's needs. 

- Excellent comunication skills and the ability to work as a team.
