Job Title: English and Maths KS3 Intervention Tutor

Job Duties:

• Provide targeted English and Maths intervention sessions to KS3 students
• Create individualised learning plans to address students' specific needs
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding
• Monitor and assess students' progress regularly
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Specialism in English and Maths
• Experience in delivering intervention programmes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of KS3 curriculum requirements
• Ability to differentiate instruction based on students' abilities
• Proficient in assessment and feedback techniques
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

Working Conditions:
