KS2 Teacher – Barnsley & Sheffield
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Barnsley or Sheffield? We are working with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools that are currently looking for KS2 teachers to join their teams for immediate starts and for September 2025.
Location: Barnsley & Sheffield
Role: KS2 Teacher (Years 3–6)
Start Date: ASAP & September 2025
⏰ Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time | Long-Term, Temp-to-Perm & Permanent Roles Available
✏️ Role Overview:
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Support students’ academic progress and personal development
- Use assessment data to inform planning and provide targeted support
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure every child reaches their potential
✅ You Will Need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in KS2 (Years 3–6)
- Good classroom and behaviour management skills
- A proactive, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
