An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 (KS2) Class Teacher to join the permanent teaching staff of a highly reputable and well-established Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) in Birmingham. This MAT is committed to delivering high-quality education and fostering an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment where every child is supported to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that inspire and engage KS2 learners.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages academic achievement and personal growth.
- Use data effectively to monitor progress and ensure that all pupils reach their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to enhance learning outcomes.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 2.
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- A passion for education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience of working within a Multi-Academy Trust or similar educational setting.
- Experience in leading or supporting extracurricular activities to enhance pupil engagement.
- Familiarity with using technology to support learning and assessment.
