Job description

Do you have a passion for positively impacting the lives of children? Are you patient and resilient, with experience in supporting individuals with challenging behaviour?

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Buddy to join a primary school in Thornton (FY5). This full-time role is ideal for someone who is confident in managing behaviour and providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs. As a Behaviour Buddy, your primary responsibility is to provide support to children with challenging behaviour within a primary school setting. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to ensure students receive the guidance and strategies they need to succeed.

Role Details:

 Location: Thornton (FY5)

 Start Date: ASAP

 Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday)

 Setting: Primary School

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
