Key Stage 1 Teacher
Contract: Fulltime, Permanent Position
Location: Swindon
Start Date: April 2025
A highly reputable primary school in Swindon is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join its permanent staff from April 2025. The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 1. They will create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all pupils reach their full potential. Collaboration with colleagues, parents, and carers will be essential to support children’s academic and personal development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.

- Excellent classroom management skills with a commitment to maintaining high standards of behaviour.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
