KS1 Teacher

Are you passionate about guiding young learners through their early years of education? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic KS1 teachers to work in local primary schools across Hackney. This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced teachers and newly qualified educators looking to make a positive impact in the classroom.

Position: KS1 Teacher
Location: Hackney, London
Contract Type: Full-time and part-time positions available
Salary: Competitive rates, based on experience and qualifications

About the Role:

As a KS1 teacher working through Teaching Personnel, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Support the academic and personal development of young students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators and support staff.
  • Provide tailored learning support to meet the needs of individual students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in KS1 teaching or placements (NQTs encouraged to apply).
  • A passion for primary education and fostering young learners’ growth.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
