About the Role: As a KS1 Teacher, you will have the responsibility of delivering engaging and imaginative lessons to children in Years 1 and 2. You will play a key role in fostering a love of learning, supporting children's academic and personal growth, and creating an inclusive, positive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.

• Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages children to develop their full potential.

• Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

• Foster positive relationships with students, supporting their emotional and social development.

• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and dynamic learning environment.

• Ensure the well-being and safety of all students, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching KS1 (Years 1 or 2) is highly desirable, but we are also open to applications from passionate NQTs.

• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum, particularly in KS1.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• A positive, nurturing approach to teaching, with a focus on building children's confidence and love of learning.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative school environment.
