We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Lymington. About the Role: As a KS1 Teacher, you will have the responsibility of delivering engaging and imaginative lessons to children in Years 1 and 2. You will play a key role in fostering a love of learning, supporting children's academic and personal growth, and creating an inclusive, positive classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages children to develop their full potential.

Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

Foster positive relationships with students, supporting their emotional and social development.

Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and dynamic learning environment.

Ensure the well-being and safety of all students, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching KS1 (Years 1 or 2) is highly desirable, but we are also open to applications from passionate NQTs.

A strong understanding of the primary curriculum, particularly in KS1.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

A positive, nurturing approach to teaching, with a focus on building children's confidence and love of learning.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative school environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
