Key Stage Leader – Maths (KS3 or KS4)
Location: Milton Keynes (MK7)
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 + TLR £4,506

We are working with a successful secondary school in Milton Keynes to recruit an ambitious and inspirational Key Stage Leader for Maths. The school is seeking leaders for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, providing an exciting opportunity to shape the curriculum and support student achievement in a thriving Maths department.

About the Role:
As Key Stage Leader for Maths, you will:

  • Lead the development and delivery of the Maths curriculum for your designated key stage.
  • Support and inspire a team of teachers to achieve excellent outcomes for students.
  • Use data effectively to track progress and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Foster a positive learning environment where students are motivated to succeed.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A passion for Maths and teaching, with a commitment to student success.
  • Proven leadership experience or the ability to evidence successful contributions to departmental improvements.
  • Strong team leadership and collaboration skills.
  • High expectations for behaviour and academic progress.
  • A desire to contribute to whole-school development and improvement.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a salary of £31,650 - £49,084 + TLR £4,506.
