Primary School Teacher – Lincoln

Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate Primary School Teacher to join a specialist school in Lincoln, supporting KS2 students who are currently out of mainstream education due to social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. This small, nurturing school environment offers the opportunity to work across multiple year groups, providing a unique and rewarding teaching experience.

Role Overview:

  • Deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Lead a team of dedicated support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Adapt the primary curriculum to support children with diverse challenges.
  • Manage and support students with challenging behaviour effectively.

Requirements:

  • A recognised Primary PGCE (experience in specialist provisions is desirable).
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and differentiation strategies.
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
  • Ability to work full-time and commit to the role.
  • A Team Teach qualification (or willingness to obtain) is advantageous.
