KS2 Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled KS2 Teacher to join our supportive Primary Schools in the Cleethorpes and Grimsby area. In this vital role, you will help shape the educational journey of young learners aged 7 to 11, inspiring them to reach their full potential.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the role:

As our network of partner schools continues to grow, we are urgently seeking talented primary specialists to provide flexible, short-term supply cover for 3-5 days per week. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive community, where you can inspire young minds and make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring all pupils make progress.
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports and challenges students.
  • Assess and monitor pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their potential.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children’s learning and development.
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Effectively manage Teaching Assistants to enhance classroom learning.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and creative teaching stratergies.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to adapt to new enviornments.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
