Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday- Friday

Job Duties:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 1 students
• Assess, monitor and track student progress
• Create a positive learning environment
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Set ambitious goals to empower children to achieve their best
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
• Effectively manage Teaching Assistants to enhance classroom learning

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hold a DBS on the Update Service
• Maintain an excellent understanding of safeguarding practices

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Organisational and time management skills
• Hard working and dedicated to raising educational standards
