Teaching Personnel are looking for a dynamic and motivated ICT & Business teacher to join one of our secondary schools in Gosport on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated team, teaching two vital subjects that equip students with skills for the modern world.

 

What we are seeking in a candidate:

  • A passionate teacher with expertise in both ICT and Business
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, relevant, and well-planned lessons
  • Confidence in teaching students of varying abilities and adapting teaching methods to suit their needs
  • Ability to inspire students to achieve their best and foster a passion for technology and business
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment

 

The role will involve:

  • Teaching ICT and Business across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to different learning styles
  • Preparing students for assessments and supporting their progress and attainment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistent delivery of the curriculum and participate in departmental initiatives
  • Contributing to the wider school community through involvement in extra-curricular activities
  • Providing feedback and regular updates to students and parents on progress

 

The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification and have a passion for developing students' skills in ICT and Business. Whether you are an experienced teacher or newly qualified, we would love to hear from you.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
