About Us:

Teacher Assistants play a crucial role within the educational sector and at Teaching personnel we understand that better than anyone. This is why we are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants who will play a role in creating a positive and productive classroom experience.  

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in supporting teachers in schools (e.g., NVQ level 2 or level 3) or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of SEN and the strategies needed to support a diverse cohort of children.

Job Duties/Experience:

• Support the classroom teacher with tasks such as planning and delivering engaging lessons that encourage a positive learning environment.
• Provide one-one support to students with additional learning needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN)
• Assist in preparation of classroom materials
• Monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
