Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to work at a college based in Cambridgeshire. They are looking for recruit a full time HR assistant.

The Opportunity

  • To Provide administrative support for the full employee lifecycle including maintenance of files and HR systems.
  • Support with the full recruitment process. Including updating job descriptions and drafting adverts, circulating adverts, and sharing applications with shortlisting panels, inviting candidates to interview.
  • Assist HR Officer with all onboarding checks including DBS, right to work and social media.
  • Update the payroll portal with all sickness and other absences, send out self-certificates and Return to Work paperwork.

 The ideal candidate

  • A strong administrative background and understanding of the education system.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to give direction with strong organisational skills.
  • Possess a willingness to learn.

Directions

The school is based in Cambridgeshire, can be located off Gibraltar road. Parking is available on site.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
