The Role:
- Lead and manage the Art & Photography department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Teach Art and Photography across KS3 & KS4, fostering creativity and self-expression.
- Develop and oversee the curriculum, ensuring an engaging and progressive learning journey.
- Support and mentor department staff, providing guidance and professional development.
- Organise art exhibitions, competitions, and school projects to showcase student talent.
