Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Lincolnshire
Location: Lincolnshire and surrounding areas
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay Rate: £87 - £100 per day (depending on bookings)
Visa Sponsorship: Not available

About the Role:

As an HLTA, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support, working closely with teachers to assist learning.
  • Help students develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Deliver structured interventions and contribute to lesson planning.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a school setting.
  • A strong passion for supporting students with SEMH and additional needs.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate pupils in alternative learning environments.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different school settings across Lincolnshire.
  • UK-based applicants only.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
