Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Northampton
Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a passion for supporting students and making a real impact in the classroom? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic HLTAs to work in schools across Northampton.
About the Role:
As an HLTA, you will:
- Provide high-quality classroom support to teachers and students.
- Lead small group sessions and deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of lessons, as well as assessment and feedback.
- Support students with additional needs, ensuring they receive the help they require to succeed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
- Experience supporting students in primary or secondary schools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behaviour.
- A positive attitude and commitment to student development.
- Confidence to deliver lessons and support teachers effectively.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
