Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Have you had experience within a TA or HLTA role previously?
Do you feel confident supporting children 1:1 and small groups, independently?
Teaching Personnel are working closely with an OFTSED rated Oustanding School within the Leamington Spa (CV32) to appoint an experienced and reliable HLTA.
Pay rate: £100-115 (the more teaching responsibility, there is a potential for a higher pay rate)
Role Qualifications:
- Recent experience as a HLTA/L3 Teaching Assistant
- Proven experience with excellent school based references
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum
- Experience supporting pupils with their learning and development
Job Role/Responsibilties:
- Assess the needs of students and plan support that differentiates students abilities and needs
- Establish productive working relationships with students whilst collaborating well with teachers and other fellow colleagues
- Be confident and willing to stand in for the class teacher in the event of their absence
- Plan suitable interventions to address gaps in pupils learning
- Adhere to schools policies and procedures at all times, ensuring safeguarding principles are at the pinnacle of everything you do

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
