Position: Full-Time, ASAP Start, Until the End of the Academic Year

About the Role:
Teaching Personnel, working on behalf of a primary school in Braunstone, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HLTA or an aspiring educator looking to make a real impact in a supportive and dynamic school environment.
This full-time role consists of:
✅ 4 days supporting in EYFS, working closely with teachers to create an engaging learning environment.
✅ 1 day teaching, where you’ll take responsibility for delivering lessons and supporting students' learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Support teaching and learning within EYFS, assisting with activities that promote early development.

Deliver lessons independently on one day per week, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.

Provide targeted interventions and small group support to meet students' needs.

Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Work closely with teachers and staff to support planning and assessment.

Promote positive behaviour management and student engagement.
What We Are Looking For:

Qualified HLTA status, QTS, Level 6 qualification, or a degree in education.

Experience supporting early years learning and child development.
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

The ability to adapt and engage students of different abilities.

A proactive and enthusiastic approach to education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
